SVN Stone Commercial Real Estate and Biederman Real Estate Company was pleased to take part in the recent auction of the Eagle Creek branch of the Lexington public library, located at 101 North Eagle Creek. The auction which was held on November 20th sold for $2,530,000 to Lexington doctor Mr. Danesh Mazloomdoost. The library plans to move to the new branch in early 2016. The building contains more than 14,500 square feet, 85 parking spaces. Jennifer Mossotti with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services de Movellan Properties represented the buyer.
