The building also offers prime location – at the corner of Buck Lane and Buck Place, and includes great access to the new Citation Blvd at Buck Lane. It was a turn-key built to suit project, with the transfer being from Cox Warner Properties, LLC to H&L Legacy LLC. It will be the new home of Hurst Business Solutions and Office Suppliers, and Cox Interior. In addition to the sale, SVN Stone Commercial Real Estate has also been hired by the new owner for the property management.
