Sperry Van Ness Lexington just secured a new bank for downtown Lexington for one of its managed properties at 249 East Main Street. Old National Bank from Indiana is coming to Lexington and will be on the 1st floor – lobby entrance to the bank across from Portofino’s. Initially the bank will be a Commercial Loan facility but they have hopes of adding a retail option with their 4,000 sf space.
