The site contains 3.28 acres and has a 50,000 SF office building that has been used as a communications/call center.  It is a corner lot on a major arterial street and had been on the market for some time and was the focus of a dispute between the owners, and was in receivership.  SVN represented a developer that stemmed from past business relationships.  Due to circumstances, the purchase transaction was required to be on a fast track.  It required the cooperation of State and County governments, other property owners, the receiver, the Court and cooperating broker.  In the broker’s 25 years of real estate brokerage it was a text book example of achieving a win-win result for all parties. This will be the site of a new Walgreen’s store.
